Cookie Policy

1. Strictly necessary

These technologies support authentication, session continuity, request security, fraud prevention, load balancing, and privacy choices. They cannot be disabled through our preference center because the requested service may not work without them.

2. Functional

Optional functional technologies remember interface or media preferences. They remain off unless selected or specifically requested for a feature.

3. Analytics

Optional analytics may help understand aggregate traffic, errors, performance, and feature use. At the effective date, OC does not intentionally load third-party analytics before consent. Any future provider must be added to the live inventory before activation.

4. Advertising and cross-site tracking

OC does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking.

5. Embedded services

Audio, maps, or other third-party content may connect to another service. Where practical, OC uses direct links or a privacy-preserving placeholder. Social-share controls are ordinary links rather than embedded social-media trackers.

6. Your choices

On the first eligible visit, optional technologies are off. The consent interface offers Reject optional, Manage choices, and Accept all. Optional categories are not preselected, and closing or ignoring the notice is not consent. Reopen at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it.

Browser settings can also delete or block cookies. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent sign-in or other requested functions. Where applicable, we honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

7. Current inventory and review

The list above describes expected first-party technologies. Hosting and security providers may set additional strictly necessary identifiers. We review this inventory when plugins, analytics, embedded media, authentication, or hosting controls change.
