Accessibility
OC is working toward an inclusive experience for people who use assistive technologies, keyboards, touch, speech input, magnification, and reduced-motion settings.
Our target
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target. This statement describes our direction; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service has completed an independent conformance audit.
Accessibility practices
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and link text;
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs, and media controls;
- Visible focus states and sufficient color contrast;
- Responsive layouts and text that can reflow without horizontal loss;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and diagrams;
- Support for reduced-motion preferences; and
- Error messages that do not rely on color alone.
Known limitations
Some generated reports, legacy files, embedded services, or institution-provided content may not yet meet the same standard. We prioritize issues that block access to core tasks.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier, email info@ocbdc.com. Include the page, task, assistive technology if relevant, and the format or accommodation you need. We will respond and work toward an accessible alternative.
