Karrar is a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Architect with a focus on a variety of building typologies including healthcare, workplace, and education. He is renowned for his passion, creativity, and commitment to design excellence, and he employs an Integrative Design Approach to optimize projects for sustainability, health, and progress. Karrar’s business and design philosophies center on education and collaboration, and he works diligently to understand clients’ needs and expectations to enhance the projects’ financial and cultural outcomes.
In addition to his work as an architect, Karrar is dedicated to giving back to the community through his teaching and mentorship of future architects at Texas A&M University. He has earned his Doctorate degree in Architecture (Ph.D.) with a focus on Strategic Planning and Management of Healthcare facilities. He also holds a Master’s in Architecture degree (M.Arch) and an Executive Master in Health Administration (MHA).
